About Us

Founded in 2010, Unleashing Leadership Potential (ULP) is a leadership development platform aspiring to promote value-based leadership, good-governance, dedication, ethics and integrity among professionals with a focus on young people in business and communities. ULP Aspires to unleash peoples’ God given potential, instill innovative mindset, empower leaders, impact lives and transform communities.

Our mission

Serve

To serve the community through leadership development, with a focus on convening dialogue around critical social issues, in particular leadership issues, in order to contribute to a just society.

Impart

To impart knowledge to our youth through mentoring and leadership programs that instill good-governance, ethics, integrity and dedication; and to impart knowledge developed within ULP to future generations through establishing an archive of writings and recordings.

Harness

To harness the power and potential of our youth to develop initiatives that contribute to the welfare of our society; and harness the funds raised from corporates and individuals to support and further public benefit activities.

Support and Encourage

To support and encourage involvement of and interaction between young people from all spheres of life to work together towards the welfare of our nation.

Values

Good governance (both self governance and corporate governance), ethics, integrity and dedication are the foundational pillars for the success of ULP. Each member plays a very important role in the upliftment and success of ULP by ensuring that the foundational pillars are adhered to. The most important rule of success in ULP is value based leadership from all members.
